Jazz Hands are a small artisan producer of fine quality fresh and dried pasta based in Somerset. Inspired by the magnificent pasta of small artisan Pasta Fresca in central Italy we started to make and sell fresh pasta at Farmers Markets. Now our pasta can be found in discerning restaurants and fine food stores. It has been a great pleasure to discover so many people who are as enthusiastic and have enjoyed real pasta as much as we do. We sincerely hope you enjoy the experience of truly authentic pasta.
